Within the Senior Vice Presidency Complex, the Business Transformation (SNBT) Department supports the Senior Vice-President (SVP) in the execution of responsibilities related to ensuring organizational effectiveness. The Department works to ensure that the Bank, as an organization, is fit for purpose and can adapt to changes in its internal and external environment. It leads on Bank-wide change management efforts as necessary and fosters an organizational culture that aligns processes and systems to deliver high impact results.
The mandate of the Business Process Re-engineering Division (SNBT.2) is to coordinate the implementation of the Transformation Agenda initiatives approved by Senior Management. The division is also responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in managing the review of the Bank’s business processes, and the implementation of related information technology systems and change management plans. The Principal Business Process Officer will perform all activities to fulfil the key deliverables described above.
Objectives The Bank is looking for an Individual Consultant to support the Business Process Reengineering Division (SNBT.2) in delivering business transformation initiatives through business analysis, coordination, dashboards, and reporting, and in the rollout and adoption of the New Operations Workplace (NOW).
B. Scope of work

following: • Provide business analysis, documentation, and coordination support to SNBT.2 transformation initiatives, including consolidation of business requirements, decisions, and action points. • Develop and maintain dashboards, monitoring tools, and reporting outputs to track progress, issues, and key milestones for SNBT.2 and NOW initiatives. • Support the technical deployment and rollout of the New Operations Workplace (NOW), working closely with the core team. • Support change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting support, preparation of minutes, action tracking, and follow up.

oject plan, function specifications b) The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Manager of the Business Process Reengineering Division (SNBT.2). c) In the course of performing the work, the consultant is called upon to collaborate with staff of the department, the core team and relevant stakeholders. d) At the end of the contract, a performance evaluation will be carried out to assess the quality of the consultant's work. e) The Bank will provide the consultant with the following list: VPN access, access to SAP systems, DARMS, Teams, creation of an AD account, etc.
REMUNERATION The consultant will receive a monthly lump sum rate based on his experience. No additional benefits or per diem will be paid. The individual consultant is responsible for his/her own health insurance and own accommodation costs. The consultant should propose separate rates for onsite and remote delivery.

onomics, or a related field. • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in Project management, Business Administration, Analytics, or any related fields. • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements definition, process mapping/documentation, and coordination with stakeholders; prior experience in operations and information systems management is an asset. • Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills, with proven ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics, with to improve efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery. • Capacity to work with independence on a variety of issues and tasks, adjusting to priorities and achieving results with agreed objectives and deadlines. • Understanding of the African Development Bank’s business and operational needs with proven ability to drive innovation and promote organizational change. • Good communications skills in written and oral in English and French. • The consultant should have a working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, Visio, etc.).
